All products sold on 3DMouse.ca are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering errors, compatibility issues, or workflow preference.
Manufacturer Warranty
All 3Dconnexion products sold on 3DMouse.ca are covered by the official 3Dconnexion manufacturer warranty, which includes a three-year limited hardware warranty.
Warranty claims, defect assessments, replacements, and return eligibility decisions are handled directly by 3Dconnexion under their standard warranty process. 3DMouse.ca does not process warranty claims, issue RMA numbers, or accept returned products.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue.
