Return Policy

3DMouse.ca supplies genuine 3Dconnexion products backed by manufacturer warranty. The following guidelines outline our return process.

General Return Guidelines

  1. Sealed and Unopened Products: If you have purchased a product that remains sealed and unopened, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition.

  2. Non-sealed and Opened Products: If you have purchased a product and it has been used / opened (unsealed) it may still be returned within 15 days. A 10% restocking fee applies, with a $20 minimum. The item must be returned in original packaging and show no signs of physical damage.

  3. Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After the 15 day return period, hardware defects are covered under the official 3Dconnexion manufacturer warranty.

Return Authorization 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Once your return request is approved, we will provide an RMA number and further instructions. Please return the item in its original packaging. Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery. RMA approvals expire after this period.

Return Process

Once returned products are received, they will be thoroughly inspected to determine return eligibility. Returns received outside the 15 day window are not eligible. All refunds will be issued on the method used to purchase the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Inspection Criteria

  • Product must be returned securely in original manufacturer packaging
  • The serial number of the product must match the item when shipped
  • Products must show no signs of damage, including scratches, cracks, removed screws, or defacement.
  • Security seals must not be broken

Return Shipping

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. All postage charges are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
