Return Policy

At, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. We understand that sometimes, what you purchase isn't quite what you expected. While we stand behind our products, we also need to set certain return policy standards to ensure fairness and maintain our quality assurance. Here's what you need to know about our return policy:

General Return Guidelines

  • No Returns: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.


Despite our no returns policy, there are a couple of exceptions:

  1. Sealed and Unopened Products: If you have purchased a product that remains sealed and unopened, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, and you will need to present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Defective Products: If you believe you have received a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Before returning the product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from 3D Connexion. This number must be received and approved by us prior to returning the product. Once approved, and you have obtained a Return Authorization Number, you will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.


All refunds will be issued on the method used to purchase the products which include, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Return Authorization Number

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number. Once you have contacted us for the return we will provide a RMA number within 30 days of the purchase date. The RMA number will expire after 30 days but you should send the product back as soon as possible. Any returns received without a RMA number on the package and / or package documentation maybe be rejected and / or subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Return Process

Once the products are received with (RMA) they will be thoroughly inspected to determine return eligibility. Please ensure that your products are received in 30 days in order to prevent any denials. It normally takes 5 days to process the return on the product is received but we try to have them completed as soon as possible. 

Inspection Criteria

  • The product should be shipped securely and be in the original packaging
  • All labels must be intact which include UL listing, UPC code and Brand Name
  • The serial number of the product must match the item when shipped
  • There must be no damage to the products which include scratches, cracks, removed fasteners / screws and defacement
  • Security seals must not be broken
  • Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely

Return Shipping

It is recommended that all products returned are insured via a courier that provides traceability via a package tracking system. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. All postage charges are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
