Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping confirmation and tracking email to be sent.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders within Canada using FedEx and Purolator depending on destination, service level, and operational requirements. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes, as all packages require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada. Shipping options and applicable rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level. Flat-rate shipping fees vary by destination and service level.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates based on carrier service levels and destination. Delivery timelines refer to business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Next-day and express services are available on business days only. Orders shipped using next-day services on Fridays will be delivered on the following business day.

Tracking and Signature

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canadian addresses only. Some remote or rural locations may have limited service availability or higher shipping costs.
